Quilters Walk.

Quilter's Walk is an opportunity for those attending the show to take home a basket of quilting goodies donated by vendors, guilds and individuals. We will provide the container if requested. Quilting supplies are placed in a basket and wrapped in clear plastic. Participants purchase tickets and place them in a container in front of the basket(s) of their choice. Drawings are held on Saturday afternoon. Proceeds go to the QuiltFest Educational Grant which is distributed to the Seven Sister guilds to support continuing quilting education. Everyone who donates their basket by August 10 will have their name listed in the program as a Quilter's Walk sponsor. Contact Elaine Stemetzki This email address is being protected from spambots. White Glove LadiesVolunteers are an essential part of the QuiltFest organization and QuiltFest appreciates the time they donate to assist with the annual quilt show. Positions are available for many areas and at different times during judging, pre-show set up, throughout the show and dismantling the show. Volunteers receive a QuiltFest pin and free entry to the show for one day.

Available times and positions are listed on sign up forms. Judging, hanging and take-down occur before and after the show and require more strength and agility. Sit-down jobs are available during the show. "White Glove" jobs include showing quilt backs to attendees and sometimes reminding them that they are not to touch the quilts - a stand-up job.

• We need lots of White Glove volunteers cover over 180 two-hour shifts! Please consider supporting QuiltFest in this way.
